Additional price arragaments:
- the accommodation tax 1€/adult person/day will be added to the price
- 10% discount for 14 days stays; Christmas + New Year’s Eve special price 1.100 € (max 14 days)
- consumed electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels provided free of charge; free wifi (200MB/day)
- a refundable damage deposit of 100€ will be charged upon check-in and will be returned at the end of your stay, unless damage is caused to the property
Reservations
- your booking will be confirmed after the receipt of the applicable deposit amount (at least 50% of the total price)!
Cancellation fees
- booking cancelled 6 weeks before the start date –> 25% of the total price
- booking cancelled 4 weeks before the start date –> 50% of the total price
